Bhutan is a small, landlocked nation located in the eastern Himalayas between India to the east, west and South and China to the North.Bhutan blessed with rolling hills, high peaks, green valley and dense forest with different species of flora and fauna is comparable to Switzerland both in size and topography.

Bhutan’s uniqueness in lifestyle is the result of virtual isolation from the rest of world. However, the new concept of Gross National Happiness ensures every citizen is happy.

It is a government regulation that you must use a license Bhutanese Tour Operator to book your travel to Bhutan.

Sure Bhutan is more expensive than India or Nepal however lets put this into perspective! Because the Bhutanese Government has imposed an ‘all inclusive’ nightly tariff structure, for all tourist visitors, Bhutan tours can ‘appear’ to be expensive. In our 9 years+ experience with Bhutan we regularly receive comments from returning visitors on how great the ‘value for money’ genuinely is.

Considering every visitor has access to a private guide, driver, private vehicle and a land package including all meals, accommodation, sightseeing, entry fees, transfers, taxes, Govt Royalties & visa fees it is indeed excellent value for money. And….Bhutan is such a privilege to visit!

Bhutan is ranked as one of the safest tourist destinations on our planet-it has an extremely low crime rate and people do not exhibit that irritating invasive curiosity that you find in many other destinations. I

f you travel through Zoid Jin Tours than it will be perfect because our staff are well trained with more experienced working in Tourism field

The most distinctive characteristic of Bhutanese cuisine is its spiciness. Chillis are an essential part of nearly every dish and are considered so important that most Bhutanese people would not enjoy a meal that was not spicy. Rice forms the main body of most Bhutanese meals. It is accompanied by one or two side dishes consisting of meat or vegetables.

Pork, beef and chicken are the meats that are eaten most often. A wide selection of western and Indian food is also available in many of the restaurants around the country.

Our Client Testimonials

  • Dear Sangay, Thanks again for the fantastic tour; we had a great time in Bhutan.Melinda and I had a wonderful time in Bhutan. The hotels were extraordinary, beyond fantastic, and the Bhutan sights, particularly the Tiger's Nest, were the most amazing I have seen anywhere in the world. The Buddhist culture and general happiness and serenity in everyone is evident everywhere, it was a great change to India, and the lack of horns and traffic and noise was welcomed. The valleys and mountains are vast and pristine. In my opinion it is the greatest place on Earth, and would recommend Kelzang's team and his tour company to anyone.
